Luca Arnaud

Luca brings a wealth of design talent across a broad range of building typologies, from commercial to residential, from healthcare to hospitality.
During his early career, he developed extensive experience in healthcare design and developed major hospital projects in Italy for over ten years, from inception to completion.

Looking for further challenges and to broaden his knowledge, he moved to London in 2006, where he started to work on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes in the United Kingdom, Turkey and Azerbaijan and on major hospital projects in Libya and Iraq.

He then set his own company working both on projects in UK, Switzerland, Georgia, Russia, Kirgizstan and Kazakhstan.
Luca is a RIBA chartered architect in UK and a fully qualified architect in Italy.

Alfredo Gutierrez

With a natural talent for design and visual communication, Alfredo has dedicated most of his career in the development of projects that focus on sustainability and integration with nature.   His projects include environmentally sustainable buildings, natural swimming pools, and green design of urban spaces.  Most of his work is oriented towards residential and commercial design, but always with the main target of applying the latest and most innovative trends related with environmental care.

Throughout his career, Alfredo has developed projects for and with artists and fashion personalities. This proved invaluable in the development of his design skills.

For over twenty years, most of Alfredo’s work has been taking place in the United Kingdom, The Republic of Ireland and Argentina.
