We are delighted to announce that we finished preparing the Building Regulations package for this development. We were invited to collaborate with this project by Fintan McKiernan from Costello Consultants, who have been involved from the conception of this exciting apartment block.

This refurbishment will consist of 8 apartments, distributed on two floors. All flats will be front facing and provided with fenestration systems that will allow large amounts of natural light and ventilation.

As with all our projects, the key concern was to achieve our goals as sustainably as possible. For this, we kept most of the original construction elements, and provided high levels of thermal insulation to reduce energy consumption.
